Bronxville provides
a dynamic community organization that works with older
persons, not for them, enabling and facilitating their decisions
and their actions. Bronxville's Director, Sue Tozzi, LMSW (914) 793-2222,
is available on Monday, Wednesday and
Thursday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm to assist you, whether you'd like
to become a member, or if you just need information. If you
have an emergency and you can't reach our coordinator, try the
Yonkers Office of the Aging (914) 963-2460 or the Eastchester

Philanthropy
Fund
 |
A
small philanthropic fund has been established to give direct
assistance to needy older adults in our community. We
have been able to assist with the cost of Meals on Wheels, Bed
and Bath, emergency medication and transportation, telephone
and gas and electric bills, emergency food packages and other
small, one-time grants for specific needs. Special
consideration is given to maintaining privacy in these
matters. |
