Lost Ticket
If you cannot find your ticket, do not worry. Please call the parking office at (914) 337-2024.  Tell them your license plate number and they will check your record and tell you the amount of the ticket.  Be sure to write your plate number and state on the front of your check or money order payable to the Bronxville Justice Court.

Ticket Amount
If you do not know the amount of your ticket please call the parking office at (914) 337-2024 and they will tell you the amount over the telephone.  Please have your ticket number or license plate ready before you place the call. For your information, Bronxville's tickets double only once after fourteen days from the issue date.
Disputing a Ticket
Defective Meter
If you feel the meter was not functioning properly, resulting in a ticket, you can call the parking office and tell them the meter number printed on your ticket and log a meter complaint.  The meter will be checked and a status will be recorded for the meter.  You may call again in a few days and if the meter was defective the ticket will be void.  If the meter is functioning properly you must pay the ticket immediately. The ticket doubles after fourteen days from the issue date.
Court Appearance
If you would like to plead not guilty to the violation on your ticket you may appear in Court. There will be a Court Appearance date listed on your ticket. If you have any further questions, please call the parking office at (914) 337-2024 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 pm.
When you appear in Court the Judge will hear your case and make a decision regarding your ticket. You may pay the clerk at the time of your appearance by check, money order or cash.
If you choose to mail in your payment you must do so within fourteen days from the issue date of the ticket or the fine imposed will double.
Mail-in Letter
This Court no longer accepts mail-in defenses. To contest a ticket you must come to Court and see one of the Judges.
