The Village has set aside parking restricted to vehicles displaying a handicapped parking permit or a handicapped license plate. Vehicles using such spaces shall deposit the coins necessary to cause the meter to operate. Signs stating that the meters specified are restricted for handicapped only shall designate the spaces in the following locations: |
