Daily Permit Parking

In addition to the public parking located throughout Bronxville, the Village sells Resident Permits, Overnight Permits and Commuter Buyouts.  These permits, available on an annual basis, entitle the bearer to park at designated meters.  The Village offers a wide variety of parking so please make sure you read signs posted nearby to ensure that you are parking at the proper areas. The list below details each of the permits offered, the fees, and eligibility.  Please click on the bulleted item of interest to display the corresponding detail.

Regular Resident Permit - permits parking at meters labeled "Resident Parking."  Please read the signs carefully for the specific time limits associated with each particular metered area.
Fees & Effective Dates
$20.00 from October 1 through September 30
$10.00 Prorated from April 1 through September  30
Requirements
You must be a Village Resident.
You must have no outstanding parking tickets in the Village.
You must show proof that the vehicle obtaining the permit is registered or leased to a Bronxville resident.

Commuter Permit - permits long term parking at designated meters in lieu of depositing coins.

Fees & Effective Dates
$920.00    - From October 1 through September 30
$695.00    - From January 1 through September 30
$460.00    - From April 1 through September 30
$235.00    - From July 1 through September 30

Requirements
You must be a Village Resident.
You must have no outstanding parking tickets in the Village.
You must show proof that the vehicle obtaining the permit is registered or leased to a Bronxville resident.

Overnight Permit - If you do not have an area to park your car at night you  can park from 6:00 pm through 8:00 am at designated areas.
Fees & Effective Dates
$230.00  - From July 1 through June 30
$20.00    - Per month from Jan 1 through June 30

You must show proof that the vehicle obtaining the permits is registered or leased to a Bronxville resident.
Locations
Cedar Lot - Limited to spaces in the single row at the rear of the lot (closest to Meadow Avenue)
Garden Lot - Limited to spaces in the single row closest to Garden Avenue (facing the tennis courts).
Maltby Lot - Limited to metered spaces facing paddle tennis courts.

Full Time Parking Spaces

For your convenience the Village offers reserved spaces for parking 24 hours a day in various parking lots throughout the village.   This is long term parking, therefore you must contact the Parking Office at (914) 337-2024 to have your name placed on the corresponding waiting list for the lot your interested in.

Colodny, Lower Kensington, Upper Kensington, Maltby and Stone Place
Fees & Effective Dates
Spaces are renewed February 1st of each year provided the lessee has maintained an up-to-date account and no outstanding parking tickets.
$110.00 monthly per space ($330.00 quarterly) or $55/month per car for Stone Place Tandem.
Requirements
You must be a Village Resident.
You must have no outstanding parking tickets in the Village.
You must show proof that the vehicle obtaining the permit is registered or leased to a Bronxville Resident.
If there is a waiting list for the lot you must be the current person eligible.
