The Village Justice Court's jurisdiction includes criminal and civil matters pertaining to Bronxville residents and businesses, as well as traffic violations committed within the Village boundaries. The Court Clerk, Ruth P. Walter, can be reached at (914) 337-2454 x120 or info@bronxvillecourt.com and is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays to assist you in any of the following matters:

Violation Amounts and Ticket Rates
The Justice Court accepts cash, money orders, personal checks, certified checks, VISA or MasterCard as payment. Please make your money order or check payable to the "Bronxville Justice Court". Be sure to include your case or ticket number. If you wish to pay by MasterCard or VISA, click here or the credit card authorization form button to obtain and use the credit card authorization form. Upon payment, a Court receipt will be issued. If you are not paying in person and wish to have the receipt mailed to you, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for return. All payments should be mailed to the Bronxville Justice Court, 200 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY 10708. Completed credit card authorization forms may be returned by mail or faxed to (914) 337-6751. bullet Only corporations owning and operating a business within the Village may file a Civil Summons here.
bullet The monetary limit is $3,000.  If your summons is greater than $3,000 you must file with the County of Westchester.

bullet After the tenant is served the Attorney must file papers with the Court Clerk.

bullet You may file a small claim in the Village of Bronxville only if the defendant lives or owns a business within our boundaries.

bullet Traffic Summonses
bullet Guilty by Mail
bullet Sign Part A and return to the court with a copy of your conviction stub.
bullet The court will notify you by mail of the fine and mandatory surcharge from the State.
bullet Conviction stub will be returned after we process your payment.
bullet Not Guilty by Mail
bullet MUST be mailed within 48 hours of receiving the summons.
bullet You must sign Part B.
bullet The court will notify you of a court date by mail.  You must appear on that date.
bullet Not Guilty in Person
bullet You must appear in court on the Appearance date printed on your ticket.
bullet Court Dates
bullet Every Wednesday - Please appear on the date printed on your ticket.
