    Christian Day School with an educational program for nursery

    school aged children.  Also provides an extended care program

ELIZA CORWIN FROST CHILD CENTER OF CHRIST CHURCH

 

    The program is planned to meet the physical, intellectual,

    social and emotional needs of nursery school aged children.  

    The center offers programs for children between the ages

    of 14 and 51 months with morning and afternoon sessions, 

    Monday through Friday during the school year.  Summer

    programs are available for children already enrolled.  Applications

    for registration are available in November for the following year.

EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER AT SARAH LAWRENCE COLLEGE

 

    The center is a school for young children two to six years old with

    a varied pattern of morning and afternoon classes. Younger children

    attend two or three half days per week, and older children attend

    five times per week.  A separate summer session is offered as well.

    The teachers provide a play-work program which, though informal

    on the surface, is carefully organized and is enjoyable and

    absorbing for children.  The application process begins in early

    October with a call to the Center.  Some scholarship funds are available.

THE REFORMED CHURCH NURSERY SCHOOL

 

    The school prides itself on establishing a warm and

    nurturing environment that cherishes the value of each individual

    child.  Offers programs for preschoolers aged two, three and four

    years old in half day sessions in the morning or afternoon.

    A pre-K class for children turning five who would benefit from an

    additional year before entering kindergarten is also offered.

    Part of the Lutheran Schools, the second largest parochial

    school system in the USA.  Provides Christian Day

ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL

 

    Parochial school in conjunction with St. Joseph Church.     

    School programs include full-day classes from Kindergarten

    through 8th grade with 265 children enrolled.  Weekly art, 

    music, gym, computer and library classes in all grades to

    supplement and enhance regular classroom learning.

    Extended day programs available from 7:30 - 8:15 AM

    The school offers more than 20 majors and programs including the
